Who we are
Davide Ferrara
Recognised as a tenacious leader with a focus on both efficiency and thought leadership, Davide manages the day to day operations, building on his early experience in banking and derivatives trading, and his subsequent over 25 years in the management consulting and finance industry advising clients on business strategy.
His interests have also seen him participate in a number of industries, including energy, nuclear, construction, healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals, and fintech. As a Partner in CSC’s (now DXC) Banking & Capital Markets area he oversaw numerous innovations and client engagements, building on his deep practical understanding of how to use technology to add value.
He has established several strategic partnerships and still advises a number of FinTechs. He grew up in Europe, the US and Hong Kong, and has travelled widely and worked in each of these geographies. He currently lives near London (UK).
Pietro Kertes
Pietro has had a long and distinguished career in private and multinational companies, with international experience in the management and development of high value businesses in various sectors.
This includes as Senior Management of Società Generale Elastomeri, part of the Olivetti Teknecomp Group, CEO of Servizi Interbancari, originators of the Blu Card and Italy’s “CartaSì”, CEO of Cirsa Corporation, a multinational in the gaming and leisure sector, and as President of WINCAT Srl., originally a collaboration between MOTOROLA, PIDC and CIRSA.
Most recently Pietro has been involved in building an extensive network of suppliers and customers in the energy sector, which now forms the basis of the activities conducted by both PKI and MindDock.
Pietro also holds a knighthood from the Italian Government for services to industry, conferred in 1997, and is a very well respected figure in both Italian and international business circles.
Paolo Kertes
With over thirty years of experience in relations with public and private organizations, Paolo has a focus on the creation of commercial networks and has worked on the development of important projects in the Italian financial and payments sector.
Paolo has also played a significant role in building the sales network for a number of companies, in both B2B and B2C industries and was instrumental in working with the Uniteam Group, to implement one of the most advanced radio frequency identification technologies (RFID) at airport facilities, large hospital areas, and various agro-food supply chains.
At MindDock and PKI, Paolo oversees supply side sourcing and trade procurement.
Giorgio Kertes
With many years of experience of developing commercial relationships at national and international level, Giorgio has been active in export & sales for over 20 years.
At MindDock Limited and PKI, Giorgio is instrumental in managing and building our client relationship portfolio, while also generally supporting our transactions.
He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, German and French and, further to his other duties, is therefore the perfect person to handle our international customers.
Giuseppe Ferrara
A young and ambitious professional with skill sets that include Accounting, Marketing, Sales and Finance, Giuseppe handles general communications, marketing and many other aspects of the value MindDock is able to add.
A keen researcher, he is an expert in undertaking Due Diligence and KYC for projects, companies and people alike, overseeing a considerable part of MindDock Limited's compliance and client diligence processes.
Giuseppe is also very involved in devising and implementing bespoke solutions for large and international projects, leveraging a considerable personal network of CEOs, City finance experts, Entrepreneurs, Founders and more.
